Paul Slight has been active in the Media and Service Industry Mergers and Acquisitions arena in the UK, Europe and US for over 20 years. He started his career at Henry Ansbacher merchant bank in the 1980's in their specialist UK and US media mergers and acquisitions team, he was then a founding partner of a boutique investment bank in the media sector in 1990.

After 12 successful years he left to form his own corporate finance operation with Fusion Corporate Partners LLP. He has completed over 50 transactions in the £5M to £100M valuation range. He knows and has dealt with the key buying personalities over the years and has a unique grasp and perspective of the pitfalls that may be present in a sale and how to avoid them or resolve them.
