Mark Eisenstadt

Mark Eisenstadt worked in senior positions at VNU, Reed and for Rothschild investment before becoming an entrepreneur in 1990 when he launched a trade publications business aimed at the medical and pharmaceutical markets.

After building the business to over £1 Million profit per annum, he sold the company with Paul's assistance in 2002. Having enjoyed the sale process, Mark took up the new challenge of the mergers and acquisitions arena and co-founded Fusion Corporate Partners LLP. Not only does he have the first-hand experience of the financial, psychological, and physical ups and downs of the mergers and acquisitions process, but in his industry career Mark worked across numerous sectors and successfully launched, developed, and managed the growth of businesses.

Mark is exceptionally well placed to advise on acquisition and exit strategies and the structure, development, and exploitation of a business.
