Management Meetings
The next key part of the process is organising meetings with those prospective parties expressing the right level of interest. This can either involve an informal Q&A session or a more formal presentation which ensures that you deliver the information and message you want to deliver.
Fusion will work with your senior management team to prepare for these meetings including not only help in drafting the slides but also undertaking dry runs where we play the role of the buyer. You might include a demonstration of your products or platform as part of these meetings. The meetings will usually be run during an intense week long period.
This is not only an opportunity for prospective buyers to ask you questions on your business but also for you to ask them questions so that you can assess the cultural fit, strategic priorities, plans for the business and the opportunities they might provide your staff. This is a great opportunity for both parties to build a rapport.
