Initial Offer Deadline / Proposals

Following the Management Meetings Fusion will release a Process Note confirming the overall timetable as well as the key issues that you would like outlined in a proposal. This will include not just price but also clarity on items such as deal structure, funding and conditions as well as plans for the business and management.

Fusion will review the offers received with the Board and shareholders. Our knowledge of the buyers, previous deals and market valuations will allow us to advise on the suitability of each offer. We will also contact and seek clarity from the parties where details are unclear.

During this critical phase of the process we will negotiate the terms of an offer to maximise exit values.
