shows has been sold to Banijay Entertainment.

Zig Zag, created in 1999 by Danny Fenton and Kevin Utton, is an

award winning UK independent production company that has

successfully established itself in the highly competitive international

production market.

 

Zig Zag has already produced more than 400 hours of programming

for the UK and international markets in a wide variety of genres

including Factual, Factual Entertainment, Docusoap, Game Show and

Reality.  By maintaining direct relationships and dialogue with a wide

range of TV Channels, Zig Zag is viewed as a partner to all Braodcasters.

Within the last 12 months alone Zig Zag has produced for BBC, ITV,

Channel 4, Five, Sky, ESPN and Virgin Media in the UK and a wide

range of international broadcasters. Recent programme brands include

Relentless (Channel 4), The Truth Behind.. (National Geographin),

Super Agents (BBC) and Bodyshock.

 

In joining the Banijay Group, Zig Zag managers have chosen to step

up their expansion and benefit from the backing of a new network of

international production companies.

 

The Zig Zag acquisition confirms Banijay's strategy of uniting dynamic

and creative production companies run by managers with widely

recognised personality and talent.

 

Fusion acted exclusively for the the vendor shareholders of Zig Zag.
