Fusion Corporate Partners are pleased to announce the sale of sale of Hobsons Group’s corporate division comprising assets from Hobsons Plc as well as the German subsidiaries, Trendence and Hobsons GmbH, to Group GTI, a portfolio company of Exponent Private Equity LLP.
