....... at last the end is in sight, but this part of the process will involve a number of late nights negotiating the remaining material points that are still outstanding, as well as compiling the important disclosure letter. While you will rely heavily on your lawyers at this point, Fusion will continue to project manage the process and negotiate on your behalf right up until completion.

The business will also continue to be under the scrutiny of the due diligence process until just before completion, which adds to the pressure at this point of the process.
