Our History

Fusion was founded by Paul Slight and Mark Eisenstadt in 2002.  Paul had worked in media and tech corporate finance since 1984 initially at Ansbacher Media before co-founding a media and services M&A boutique in 1990.  Mark had 18 years experience working in the media industry before founding and then selling his own medical media business.

Today our partners, directors and senior advisors have over 150 years experience in the media and tech sector.  The team have advised on over 60 transactions in the small to mid-cap marketplace worth in excess of £600M.  More than 90% of transactions have been on the sell-side.

All at Fusion have a close affinity to and knowledge of the media, services and tech sector, both from a Mergers and Acquisitions and senior operational perspective and it is this unique blend of expertise that continues to attract its private, corporate and institutional clients.
